I have been listening to the edition of "Beyond Belief" broadcast on BBC Radio 4 on Monday 8 June, in which Ernie Rea, and guests, debated traditional African beliefs.
I listened to a small group of articulate, intelligent-sounding men talking earnestly about... something. But totally missing from this debate was any mention of the search for truth. It was like listening to a debate about how some people think that '2+2=pineapple' but other people think that '2+2=gondola'. Truly "Beyond Belief".
